Our standard store return period is 30 calendar days from delivery, subject to the conditions stated in the Return Policy.

We do not charge a restocking fee. The restocking fee is €0.00.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for applicable return shipping costs, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Plieger B.V. will handle applicable return costs in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We will try to assist, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipment.
